Hello, My name is Michael Charis

I am a preacher of the gospel, a motivational speaker and an author.

I was born into a Christian family in Bai Kuke, somewhere in the South West region of Cameroon.

I travelled to Nigeria at a tender age where I did my secondary and tertiary education. I returned to Cameroon to assist my parents and to continue ministry.

I grew up as a kingdom envoy and started preaching before the age of fifteen. I have been in ministry since then, with a divine mandate from God to unite the body of Christ.

My greatest passion is seeing the young people in my generation catch the fire of God and burn with it until Jesus comes.

The kingdom of darkness is an ancient kingdom that has been in existence even before the creation of man.

Darkness actually means night (Genesis 1:5), so the kingdom of darkness is a kingdom of the night. It is a well structured kingdom that functions with great power.

Unfortunately, everyone born into this world, is born into this kingdom as a result of the pattern of sin and death that was instituted by Adam when he handed his dominion over the earth realm to satan by disobeying God his creator and obeying satan the ruler of darkness.

“Wherefore, as by one man sin entered into the world, and death by sin; and so death passed upon all men, for that all have sinned.” (Romans 5:12).

Your salvation rescues you from this kingdom and delivers you into the kingdom of God's dear son — the kingdom of God.

“For he has rescued us from the kingdom of darkness and transferred us into the Kingdom of his dear Son.” (Colossians 1:13 NLT).

At the same time, your salvation also puts you in a position of constant unending battle with the kingdom of darkness that will keep waging war to woo you back or stop you from fulfilling destiny in God's kingdom.

“For we wrestle not against flesh and blood, but against principalities, against powers, against the rulers of the darkness of this world, against spiritual wickedness in high places.” (Ephesians 6:12).

Satan and his little demons will use every available means, deploy every strategy and use all their powers to attack and hinder you. This spiritual powers are manifested during the night hours, especially at midnight.

Jesus said something in Luke 22:53 when they came to arrest Him by night: “When I was daily with you in the temple, ye stretched forth no hands against me: but this is your hour, and the power of darkness.”

He revealed to us that the night hour is the time when darkness (demonic powers) manifests and operates. Interestingly, since light overshadows darkness, God also always step in to save, deliver and to also carry out spiritual operations.

I have just two purposes for writing this book. The first is to expose the different spiritual operations that are carried out during the night hours and the second is to awaken you to the consciousness of being a watchman over the night hours.
